Terms and Conditions

Owners placing their villa on the website are enabling Florida Palm Villas to place bookings in their villas at their agreed rental rates. If an enquiry is made for your villa, you will be contacted via email to confirm availability. Owners must reply within 24 hours to confirm availability.  All owners must inform the Florida Palm Villas team of own personal bookings including their own vacations.  This is important to ensure no double bookings take place.

Once booking is confirmed, Florida Palm Villas ask the guest to secure booking with a 20% deposit.  This is retained by Florida Palm Villas as a commission rate.  The final balance is requested 10 weeks prior to departure, final balance passed on to owners.  All administration is handled by Florida Palm Villas. 

All villas must be maintained to a very high standard.  If any complaint is received, this will be passed on to the owner to resolve with the guest.

If any extra information is requested from the guest e.g brochure or more pictures, Florida Palm Villas team will inform owners and pass relevant information on to the guest.
